The service

Toolosity provides free online tools that process your files entirely on your own device, in your browser. We do not receive or store your files. The Service is provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the files you process and must have the right to use them. Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have permission to use.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or the site.
• Because processing happens on your device, results depend on your device’s capabilities. Very large files may not be processable on lower-powered devices.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements. Always keep a copy of your original files; we cannot recover a file, since we never have it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolosity and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or files, arising from your use of the Service.

Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third parties and their content is not endorsed by us. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Intellectual property

The Toolosity name, branding, and site design are ours. The files you process, and their outputs, remain entirely yours, we claim no rights over them.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
